PURPOSE:To enable thermoplastic resin made members to be stuck close to each other by increasing mechanical strength of a connection part and laying another member across them by a method wherein the another member is stuck fast to a surface of the connection part from one side thermoplastic resin member to the other side member, and the another member is fixed to the thermoplastic resin members. CONSTITUTION:A ridge part of a border between an end face of a thermo-plastic resin made tube body to be connected and its outer peripheral surface is cut in a square shape. Then, tip parts of the thermoplastic resin made tube bodies 1, 2 are fused by heating by putting a heater 3 between them. Thereafter, the heater 3 is removed, and the tips are butted to be fusion welded. Another member 4 is fitted to the other peripheral surface of the connection part by laying it across from one side thermoplastic resin made tube body 1 to the other side thermoplastic resin made tube body 2. Then, after fixing them with fasteners 6, a current is made to flow to heating elements 5. Then, an inner peripheral surface of the another member 4 is melted, and the another member 4 is fusion welded to the thermoplastic resin made tube bodies 1, 2 to be fixed. A mechanical strength of the connection part comes to be extremely high. |
