The coil material (20) is supported on an horizontal beam, or on two parallel round section bars (19) on a sliding mounting which moves on an inclined support (8,9) on a trolley. This allows the operator to adjust the height of the coils to slide them onto the packing machine or onto storage racks. The sliding system is supported on rollers (16) with the incline at about 10 deg. The incline can be adjusted while the trolley is fitted with a removable drawbar. For applications in food and medical environments the trolley and slider are made of stainless steel. USE/ADVANTAGE - The trolley enables heavy coils to be aligned with the packing and storage system with a minimum of manual effort and the packing machine to be loaded without stopping the packing action.
