The cylindrical basic body has an inner hollow space in which a pivot body is arranged, the outer dimensions of which are less than the inner dimensions of the hollow space. The pivot body (20) in the hollow space (16) is arranged to move backwards and forwards for mechanical stimulation of the bone growth.
