<p>PURPOSE:To improve the stock control efficiency of articles by providing a container extracting means and a picking means exchanging articles between the first and second containers as the predetermined constitution. CONSTITUTION:Shelves 11-16 have spaces to store multiple containers. Stacker cranes 21-23 are installed in passages 18-20 formed between these shelves. These cranes perform the storage/delivery work of containers between the corresponding shelves 11-16 and stations 24-26 respectively. A picking device 27 is provided on a rail 27a installed along the stations 24-26. A container can be mounted on this picking device 27 itself, and the mounted container is exchanged with containers on individual stations 24-26, thus efficient stock control can be performed.</p> |
