A mixt. feed conduit (2) heading from outwards to inwards works with a jet tube ending mouth (3) directed to the narrowing light material outflow pipe to which comes a stored light material layer (4). The light material collection (6) in the pipe narrowed section (5) experiences an increased water input from the jet tube mouth. For the pipe narrowing conduit (5) in the area of the turning point (8) heating can be provided. For the mixt. introduction conduit (2) a hot water filling connection can be arranged. In front of the channel connection of the plant an odour closure against channel gases can be fitted. USE - For the sepn. and elimination of grease and oil from abattoirs, industrial and purification plants.
