The invention relates to a device for plucking poultry, with at least one disc which is attached to a rotating shaft and in which a number of rubber plucking fingers are mounted. The disc is provided with a central opening for the passage of a threaded bolt which fixes the disc to the axle and which is adjoined by an auxiliary opening which has dimensions which allow the head of the threaded bolt to pass through. Furthermore, a holding plate for the thickened heads of the plucking fingers may be employed behind the disc.
