<p>A shoe for spreading liquid manure or other fertilisers in meadows comprises at least one trailing chute (7) suspended from the device so as to exhibit an angle of incidence ( alpha ) to the ground which is acute with respect to the direction of travel in which the shoe operates. The trailing chute has a front end with a tapered profile so as to part the strands of grass in order to mark a passage (22) therethrough and lay down the liquid manure or other fertiliser in a line between the strands of grass and right against the ground without the risk of splashing. The device used for suspending the trailing chute (7) is set out so as to vary the inclination of the chute so as to keep the base of the latter strictly flat against the ground. <IMAGE></p> |
