摘要 The rotor for a turbine (in particular, a steam turbine) consists of individual components joined by welding to form a whole. The individual components, including the rotor disks (2,3) are largely pre-machined and belong to a modular construction system which standardises the rotor components, and allows an appropriate choice (corresp to the thermodynamic and rotor-dynamic requirements) to be made. Welding of the rotor components takes place by means of a beam with high power density, preferably an electron beam, with the resulting welding seams (13) located at a max distance from the rotor axis (M). At least one of the rotor disks (2,3) is completely or partly bladed and possibly also balanced. The rotor components are made of different materials. At least one (3) of the disks is a double disk. The rotor components are provided with a central bore for draw bar (8) which keeps them together during the welding operations. USE/ADVANTAGE- Mfr. of rotors for current generation and for steam turbines. Mfr. simplified and mfg. time reduced.
