PURPOSE:To enable a customer to confirm by telephone the present waiting time of the cash corner without going to the cash corner by reading the guidance message showing the congestion information through a guidance message editing means and sending this message to the inquirer. CONSTITUTION:A CPU 21 usually collects the information from an automatic transaction device 12 and a monitor camera 14 in accordance with their using conditions and waits for the call of the congestion service information. When this service information is requested by a customer by telephone, the CPU 21 reads out a guidance message showing the congestion information and produces the due guidance message by collecting the data from the device 12 to grasp the present using state of a cash corner if the congestion information lacks the data. Meanwhile the guidance message, if available to the inquiry, is read out and sent to the inquirer in reply. If the data lack to the using state of the cash corner, the data are collected from the device 12 and the camera 14 so that the present using state of the cash corner is grasped. Then a guidance message is produced again to show the congestion state of the cash corner. |
