<p>PURPOSE:To give an alarm only at the time of abnormality of only a sensor and to improve the reliability of a neural network. CONSTITUTION:A sensor abnormality discriminating means is provided with a neural network N.N, to which output information of sensors 5a, 6a, and 7a for measurement having mutual correlations are inputted, and monitors mutual relations among process data of sensors 5a, 6a, and 7a, and the network N.N runs a neural network, which always continues learning, and a neural network, which stops learning at the time of an abnormality alarm, in parallel.</p> |
