<p>PURPOSE:To enhance efficiency in wiring work by securing wires, at one ends thereof, to tension insulators fixed to the central part of an arm metal and supporting these wires while shifting stepwise vertically and laterally. CONSTITUTION:An arm metal 11 in the support for overhead distribution line has substantial C-shape with holes 11c being made at the ends of upper and lower parts 11a, 11a' thereof. Insulator handle parts 11d-11f are provided along longitudinal direction, i.e., vertical direction, of the central part 11b at a predetermined interval. Upper, middle, and lower insulator fixing parts 11d, 11e, and 11f are projected while opposing, respectively, to one side face of the central part 11b, front face of the central part, and the other face of the central part 11b. Consequently, the insulator fixing parts 11d-11f are arranged obliquely downward, i.e., stepwise, from one side toward the other side and tension insulators 25-27 are fixed horizontally thereto while being shifted sequentially stepwise in the order of upper, middle, and lower stages.</p> |
