<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the arithmetic value of a matrix operation. CONSTITUTION:A constant matrix (TS) is decomposed into three constant matrices (TSC), (TSB) and (TSA). Then 1st-16th lines of the matrix (TSC) are calculated by the adders/subtractors (11-116) of the 1st stage to which the elements A1-A16 are supplied. Then 1st-16th lines of the matrix (TSB) are calculated by the adders/subtractors (21-216) of the 2nd stage to which the addition/ subtraction outputs of the 1st stage are supplied in a prescribed array. Furthermore the 1st-16th lines of the matrix (TSA) are calculated by the adders/ subtractors (31-316) of the 3rd stage to which the addition/subtraction outputs of the 2nd stage are supplied in a prescribed array. Thus the 1st-16th lines of the matrix (TS) are carried out by all adders/subtractors of the 1st-3rd stages. Then the elements B1-B16 are transmitted.</p> |
