CONSTITUTION:An overhead cable twisting device 1 comprises a supporting base 2 removably mounted to a pole or the like, rotary disk 3 which is rotatably supported by this supporting base 2 through which the overhead cable is passed and by which the cable is clamp and a rotary disk rotating means 4 for twisting the inserted cable by giving turning force to this rotary disk 3 from a ground part.</p> |
