PURPOSE:To prevent exposed components from flying out from the recessed part of a retaining tape for accepting the components, when the sending speed of the retaining tape is high, by holding down the components with a shutter member when the component is sent out at a position where the components can be accessed by a suction head. CONSTITUTION:When an actuator is started and a driving lever 21 is pushed upward, a sprocket wheel 34 is progressed by a specified angle via link mechanism. Thereby a retaining tape is progressed at a specified pitch. When the retaining tape is progressed, a component 10 is sent out at specified timing by a suction head 11. A link arm is equipped with a bifurcate protruding part 32b which clamps a protruding part 45b of a shutter member 45. Hence the shutter member 45 moves forward along the retaining tape synchronously with the rotary motion of the sprocket wheel 34. When the component 10 which is accepted by a recessed part 8 of the retaining tape after a film is peeled is exposed from 41, the component 10 is held down by the shutter member 45. |
