PURPOSE:To arbitrarily exchange component feeders without obstructing the performance of an automatic mounting machine, by installing a sliding guide between the feeder and a rest of an apparatus, and regulating the upward motion of the apparatus by the guide. CONSTITUTION:Components 10 retained by a retaining tape at specified intervals are sent out in order toward the sending position of components which is arranged on the upper surface of an apparatus. The apparatus has a base frame wherein two base frame parts 1, 2 are coupled by bolts. A guide plate 92 is fixed to the one side surface of the lower end of the base frame part 2 by using a suitable means like screws. An extension part 92a extended downward is installed on the rear end portion of the guide plate 92, and engaged with a round hole 93 formed in a rest 3. A protruding part 90 for engaging with an engaging part 91 formed on the rest 3 is installed on the front end of the base frame part 2. Since the extension part 92a is bent, it engages with a guide hole 93. Hence attaching and detaching are enabled by sliding the apparatus forward and backward. |
