At the point of coincidence, the foil 1'' is attached to the protrusion portion 6' of the device 5, and this operation is continued. The transferred foil 1' is again transferred into the hole 8 of adhesive 9 on which holes are provided with a fixed pattern on the upper surface of a negative electrode collector 7. Thereby transfer dislocation failure is reduced by about 18%, automation can be realized, the inside short-circuit of a battery is reduced about by 15%, and productivity is improved.
