PURPOSE:To provide a means of manufacturing a ceramic multi-layer board, accompanied by no variation in baking contraction factors in the plane of the board, wherein no swelling or displacement present. CONSTITUTION:In the process in which multiple ceramics green sheets 1 are laminated together and pressed, at first, temporal bonding for positioning is done at the end part of the laminated green sheets 1, then banding agent is applied into among not-bonded green sheets 1, and under the temperature/ pressure condition that does not cause plastic deformation, pressing (7) is gradually done in a proceeding manner starting where already bonded, a ceramic multi-layer board thus manufactured. |
