PURPOSE:To suppress the communication quantity and consumption of a disk space attended with the transmission of an electronic mail and to reflect immediately the correction of a transmission document by a sender onto a document of a destination. CONSTITUTION:A pointer 133 to a file 105 is sent in place of sending the file 105 with a test to a destination. A receiver side uses the pointer as required to read the original file 105. Furthermore, even when the file 105 is corrected after the transmission, the correction is reflected on the read of the file at the receiver side. |
