PURPOSE:To improve the operability of the customers and the maintenance performance of a financial institution for the transfer transactions. CONSTITUTION:A customer successively designates the type of a financial institution, the name of the financial institution, and a store name based on the displayed screens. When a store name is specified by the customer, the present date shown by a date clock mechanism 21 is compared with the operation start and end dates of the corresponding store contained in a financial institution information file 1. If the store specified by the customer is not under operation, an invalidity informing means 22 informs an automatic transaction device of a fact that the transfer is impossible to the relevant store. Meanwhile the present date shown by the mechanism 21 is compared with the operation start and end dates of the file 1 before a store selection screen is shown in regard of all stores to be shown. Then only the stores under operation can be displayed. |
