PURPOSE:To provide a dynamo which is easily adaptable to the high revolution speed of a rotary drive source, such as turbine, water wheel, and the frequency of supply power by a dynamo. CONSTITUTION:A drive shaft 2 is coaxially installed within a cylindrical conductor 1 and at the same time a field coil 7 provided in the direction of the length of the cylindrical conductor 1 is installed outside the drive shaft 2, and the field coil 7 is connected to an exciting current source 9 and at the same time the part of the cylindrical conductor 1 between both ends and the center part is made up into a power output part 11. Thereby, a loss is reduced since a mechanical decelerating means is not used to be able to reduce the size of a device as a whole. Also, the maintenance and the control are easy and the stabilization of the output frequency is very easy since the number of movable parts is small. |
