PURPOSE:To acquire the animation image information with high efficiency by scattering and storing the animation image information into plural centers connected together in a decentralized structure. CONSTITUTION:The various types of information are scattered and stored in the centers 1-4, and the terminal equipments 5-8 have the accesses to the centers 1-4 respectively to acquire the information stored in these centers. Then the centers 1-4 and the equipments 5-8 are connected to each other in a decentralized form via a public circuit 9. Thus the equipment 5-8 can freely have accesses to the centers 1-4 and the input/output of information can be freely carried out among the centers 1-4 via the circuit 9. The equipment 5 acquires the information from the center 1 and stores the information. Therefore the center information is automatically transferred to the base center 1 storing the information (a) at the 2nd and subsequent times when an access is given to the nearest center 4. When the information (a) is acquired by several times, the information (a) is copied to the center 4 from the center 1. Then the information (a) is sent to the equipment 5 from the center 4. |
