PURPOSE:To mount a thermal fuse with a simple structure and sense the temp. certainly and with good reliance by resiliently pinching the thermal fuse by a mounting part which is formed in a single piece with an insulative mounting member attached to a motor case, and thereby accomplishing the mounting of the fuse. CONSTITUTION:On the oversurface of the case of a motor 1, an insulative mounting member 4 is installed through detent pawls 6, 7 which are engaged by an opening edge and a flange 8, respectively. A mounting part 9 is formed in a single piece with this mounting member 4. A thermal fuse 10 is elastically pinched by the mounting part 9, and the mounting is accomplished. One end of a lead 13 is hitched at a pin 17 and connected with a terminal of a terminal table 2. while the other end is inserted in grooves 12, 12 in a holding part 11 to generate the pinching, and then a pressing part 14 is folded and fixed by pressure. Thereby the fuse 10 is mounted simply with its motion hindered certainly, and degradation due to heat affection is prevented. |
