PURPOSE:To provide a power supply equipped with a rising time control function for setting the rising time of output power supply arbitrarily. CONSTITUTION:A trigger input T1 is obtained from an output voltage V0 rising upon throw in of an input power supply 3 among a plurality of output power supplies 11, 12, 13. Upon elapse of time t1, output voltage V1 from the output power supply 11 is raised and a trigger input T2 is obtained. Upon elapse of time t2, output voltage V2 from the output power supply 12 is raised and a trigger input T3 is obtained. Upon elapse of time t3, the output power supply 13 is raised. |
