<p>PURPOSE:To improve the reliability by making the device possible to recognize such a case that a device is left in the alarm state as it is or the processing against the occurrence of an alarm is not proper. CONSTITUTION:A controller FCS is provided with an abnormality duration measuring means 22 which measures the duration of the abnormal state of a plant detected by an abnormality detecting means 21 and a re-warning signal output means 23 which outputs a re-warning signal in the case of excess of the measured time of the abnormality duration measuring means over a specified time. A monitor device OPS is provided with a re-warning output means 43 which receives the re-warning signal sent through a communication bus BS and outputs a warning in such form that an operator can distinguish this warning from the report of the occurrence of abnormality.</p> |
