<p>PURPOSE:To effectively utilize light emitted from a light emitting element by sticking the light emitting element to a conductive member to be embedded in a resin layer and by mounting light receiving elements disposed surrounding the light emitting element. CONSTITUTION:Two light receiving elements 3 are formed on lead frames 5 around a light emitting element 2 made of light emitting diode. That is, the light emitting element 2 and the light receiving elements 3 are stuck to a bed portion 7 formed at the lead frames 5, an electrode and a lead 8 formed for each element are electrically connected together by bonding a thin metal wire 9 between them by pressure welding. Therefore, a plurality of other beds are formed around one bed portion 7, the light emitting element 2 is disposed at the bed portion 7 almost at the center of said beds, and light receiving elements 3 are mounted around other bed portions 7 surrounding said element 2, so that light emitted from the light emitting element 2 can be more effectively utilized by the light receiving elements 3.</p> |
