PURPOSE:To provide an optical recording medium having stable performance and excellent in light resistance and environmental resistance by regulating the thickness of a recording film contg. a phthalocyanine dyestuff to 1,900-2,300Angstrom . CONSTITUTION:When a recording film 12 contg. a phthalocyanine dyestuff, a light reflecting film 13 and a protective film 14 are successively formed on a transparent substrate 11 to obtain an optical recording medium 1, the thickness of the recording film 12 is regulated to 1,900-2,300Angstrom . The objective optical recording medium having stable performance by which CD-R standard is satisfied and excellent in light resistance and environmental resistance can be obtd. |
