PURPOSE:To automatically change an out-band frequency to be used when the out-band frequency to be used at a center station is changed or when the center station to be communicated with one microground station is changed. CONSTITUTION:A dedicated out-band frequency report station 1 is provided separately from microground station groups 8-10 or center stations 6-7, this dedicated station holds an out-band frequency table 1a for out-band frequencies to be used for each microground station, and the contents of this table are periodically broadcasted. According to this multi-address broadcasting, the micro-ground station recognizes the out-band frequency to be used for the present station and automatically sets this frequency As a result, it is not necessary to interpose any operator in case of changing the out-band frequency. Therefore, the out-band frequency can be freely changed. Further, the group constitution of microground stations can be freely changed. Accordingly, efficiency for utilizing satellite communication lines can be improved. |
