PURPOSE:To accurately give the notice of practical out-of-stock of components and generated the alarm of absence of stock of components, by judging an occassion requiring the notice and the alarm. CONSTITUTION:In S11, the residual number of components in each component supply part is recognized. in S12, on the basis of the recognition results, whether the notice of absence of stock of components and the out-of-stock of components are generated to each component supply part is judged. As to the judgement results, the following is judged in S13; for the components set in the component supply part wherein the notice of absence of stock of components and the absence of stock of components are judged to be generated, whether the same components are set in the other component supply part. When the same components are set, it is judged that the notice of absence of stock of components and absence of stock of components are not practically generated, and the process returns S1. When the same components are not set, it is judged that the components do not exit in any other component supply parts. Hence the notice of absence of stock of components is generated in S14, and the alarm of absence of stock of components is generated in S15. |
