CONSTITUTION:When a lead terminal 3, on the surface of which solder plating 3a is provided, is going to be welded on the electrode surface 1a of the cell case of an electric double layer capacitor and the like, first, the solder plating on the welding part is removed by gasifying it by projecting a laser beam preliminarily on the welding part of the lead terminal 3, and then the lead terminal 3 is laser-welded on the electrode surface 1a of the cell case. |
