<p>PURPOSE:To prevent fall down in an advancing direction by a pair of upper and lower rack gears and pinion gears in a cartridge magnetic tape transfer mechanism used for an information processor, etc. CONSTITUTION:A drive shaft 16 rotatably attached to the lower base 2 and the top base 11 of a cartridge transfer mechanism placed on a lower rail 1 and a pair of drive gear (L) 7 and drive gear (U) 17 are engaged with a lower rail 1 and a top gear rail 15 machining a pair of rack gears fixed to the upper and lower parts of an automatic cartridge magnetic tape processor. Thus, the cartridge transfer mechanism is moved along the upper and lower rails. Then, the fall down of the cartridge transfer mechanism in the advanceing direction is eliminated, and positioning precision is improved, and a mechanism size is miniaturized.</p> |
