MULTI-BEAM ANTENNA FOR SATELLITE RECEPTION

PURPOSE:To easily and inexpensively install a multi-beam antenna receiving simultaneously radio waves from plural communication satellites and one broadcast satellite having different orbits on an equator. CONSTITUTION:An offset parabolic face 1 is used for a reflecting plate, the offset parabolic face 1 directed to or in its vicinity of a communication satellite whose symmetrical face is vertical is rotated around an axis tying an antenna target point and a reception point. The face depending on the target point of the antenna and the broadcast satellite and the reception point is made coincident with the symmetrical face of the parabolic face. Or the parabolic face 1 is rotated by 90 deg. and a converter 2 with a primary radiator for receiving communication satellite is arranged around the focus of the parabolic face or a converter 32 with a primary radiator for receiving communication satellite is arranged in a direction at which the radio wave from the broadcast satellite is reflected on the parabolic face.
