PURPOSE:To prevent generation of jelly beans. CONSTITUTION:The primary side of a neon transformer 23 is connected between the connecting point of capacitors 17, 18 and the connecting point of FETs 21, 22, and a rectangular wave oscillator 33 is connected between both ends of a smoothing circuit 16. As the oscillator 33, an IC for switching regulator control is used. The width of OFF period of the rectangular oscillator 22 is controlled by the time constant of the resistor connected to the terminal No. 11 and the capacitor connected to the terminal No. 10, and the duty ratio of the oscillated rectangular wave output is set in such a manner as to be shifted from 50% by 2% to 5%. By the leading pulse and trailing pulse of the rectangular wave of this output, the FETs 21, 22 are alternately ON by a winding 38 and a pulse transformer consisting of windings 26, 27 connected between gate sources of the FETs 21, 22, and a DC power is supplied to the primary winding of the neon transformer 23 as the same rectangular wave as the rectangular wave of the rectangular wave oscillator. |
