PURPOSE:To secure a contact state of an electrical component in the case where external force is unexpectedly applied thereto. CONSTITUTION:A mounting plate 4 is traversely movably assembled in a socket main body 2. A spring member 17 is inserted in an accommodating part 13 formed on the socket main body 2. The spring member 17 protrudes in the rear of a protruded part 14 of the mounting plate 4 at the position in one direction of the mounting plate 4 so as to restrain the movement of the mounting plate 4 in the other direction, ensuring the contact condition of an electrical component. Concurrently, it is elastically deformed by the descent of a tool 21 at such position so as to evacuate from the rear of the protruded part 14, allowing the movement of the mounting plate 4 in the other direction, so that the contact release condition of the electric component is enabled. |
