<p>PURPOSE:To increase strength and to present good outward appearance by erecting steel posts to structural members of a staircase, and fitting handrail posts of handrail bodies to the steel posts to fix them by anchorage devices. CONSTITUTION:Handrails 9 are provided along a stair 8 and a corridor 7 on an upper floor, and the handrails 9 are constituted of handrail bodies 4 and steel posts 3. The lower parts of the posts 3 are fixed to structural members 2 of a staircase 1 such as beams, stair wing walls, etc., to erect. Then, aluminum handrail posts 5 on both sides of each of the bodies 4 are fitted to the posts 3, and the posts 5 are fixed to the posts 3 with anchorage devices 35 such as screw devices to mount the bodies 4 at-upper parts of the stair wing walls 2a. According to this constitution, strength of the bodies 4 is increased by the posts 3, the posts 5 are fitted to the outsides of the posts 3 to make it possible to improve outward appearance.</p> |
