The guide line 1 is plotted by resolving the luminescent coloring matter in a solvent or distributing it, and applying it to the floor face 2. Also, the luminescent coloring matter is mixed with an agent to be covered such as wax, and applied. For example, an ultraviolet absorbent coloring matter, infrared absorbent coloring matter, or visible absorbent coloring matter are used as the luminescent coloring matter.
