PURPOSE:To make the film thickness of the color filter with a striped array uniform without increasing the amount of coating liquid for color pixels and a smooth film. CONSTITUTION:An independent pattern part 12 where striped color pixels are sectioned into independent color pixels is provided at a part of a successive pattern part 13 consisting of successive striped color pixels. The coating liquid is dripped on the independent pattern part 12 at the time of spin coating and then the coating liquid becomes easy to uniformly spread to the periphery without being affected by the direction of the stripes, thereby making the film thickness uniform without increasing the amount of the coating liquid. |
