PURPOSE:To obtain a device, capable of cooling of a cooling tank as well as low-temperature drying easily, by a method wherein a heating vacuum tank is provided together with the cooling tank and the circulating means of refrigerant is connected to a cooling coil or a heating coil by switching a four-way valve for switching the circulating route of the refrigerant. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with a cooling tank 16, a cooling coil 17 provided in the cooling tank 16, a heating vacuum tank 18, which can be evacuated by a vacuum pump 24, a heating coil 19 provided in the heating vacuum tank 18 and the circulating means of refrigerant for the cooling coil 17 and the heating coil 19. The vacuum drying device equipped with the cooling tank 16 in such a manner is provided with a compressor 1, an air heat exchanger 3 functioning as a condenser or an evaporator, a liquid receiver 4, expansion valves 6-8 and a four-way valve 2 for switching the circulating route of the refrigerant, which are employed as the circulating means of the refrigerant. The circulating means of refrigerant can be connected to the cooling coil 17 or the heating coil 19 by the switching of the four-way valve 2. |
