PURPOSE:To speedily reset a microcomputer provided with no reset terminal. CONSTITUTION:This rest circuit is provided for a microcomputer 2 for which no reset terminal is provided and a capacitor 8 is connected to a power supply terminal VDD. A switching element 17 is connected parallelly to the capacitor 8. At the time of reset, the supply of an operating voltage to the power supply terminal VDD is stopped, the switching element 17 is turned on, and the capacitor 8 is discharged. |
