DENSITY ANALYSIS METHOD OF A GROUP OF AMIN IN THE ELECTROPLATING LIQUID

1) adding methyl alcohol or isopropyl alcohol to a predetermined electroplating solution to obtain a homogeneous solution; 2) adding 0.1-0.2 ml of bromphenol blue to the homogenous solution and titrating the resultant solution with 0.1-1 N hydrochloric acid until the end point where the color of the solution changes light green to obtain the volume (V1) of the titrated hydrochloric acid solution; 3) separately preparing a blank solution with the same Zn, Ni and K composition and pH as the plating solution but not containing aminic compound; 4) obtaining the volume (V2) of the titrated hydrochloric acid solution by making the blank solution as a homogeneous solution, adding the indicator and titrating with 0.1-1 N hydrochloric acid; and 5) obtaining the concentration of the aminic compound in the electroplating solution from the volume of the titrated hydrochloric acid solution by an equation "A=N(V1-V2)/W" wherein N represents concentration of the hydrochloric acid solution and W represents the amount of the plating solution.
