PURPOSE:To provide the modulation signal generating device which efficiently generate plural modulation signals with simple constitution. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with an adder 30, a gate 32, and a delay circuit 33 which generate phase data D5D in each specific period, a shift circuit 35 which shifts the phase data D5D in a high-order bit direction, circuit elements 37, 39-42, 44, 46, 47, and 49 which generate modulation signals on the basis of phase data D'fD shifted by the shift circuit 35, and a CPU 18 which controls the shift circuit 35 and circuit elements 37, 39-42, 44, 46, 47, and 49 so as to generate at least >=2 modulation signals in one period wherein the phase data DfD is generated by the adder 30, gate 32, and delay circuit 33. |
