<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the lowering of steelmaking efficiency and yield, as the problems in the case of continuously casting after melting a small lot of materials having the standard capacity of a converter or less, in the converter. CONSTITUTION:Pretreated pig iron and, if necessary, scrap in the range of the weight having the standard capacity or more and the permissible capacity or less, is charged into the converter, and after refining, this molten steel is tapped off by dividing into two or more of ladies to produce the small lot of the materials. At the time of tapping off the molten steel while dividing, the molten steel quantity discharged into at least one ladle, is tapped off while weighing. In the molten steel obtd. by dividedly tapping off, to the molten steel at least in the small lot, the control of the temp. and/or the component is executed by secondary refining. At the time of continuously casting this small lot of the materials, the molten steel is poured into a tundish from which the remained steel is removed, etc., with a burner in hot state to execute continuously cast.</p> |
