<p>PURPOSE:To provide a device which can accurately and stably detect a gas dissolved in oil without being affected by oil pressure fluctuation and impacts. CONSTITUTION:The title detecting device which separates a gas dissolved in oil from the oil and optically detects the collected gas by using optical fibers 15 and 16 is provided with a filter 10 which has an almost cylindrical body and only transmits the gas dissolved in the oil, oil collecting chamber 11 which is provided around the filter 10 so as to fill up the periphery with the oil, and lid plates 19 and 20 which are provided at both ends of the filter 10 for closing the filter 10. In addition, the detecting device is also provided with a pair of optical fibers 15 and 16 respectively passed through the plates 19 and 20 so that they become coaxial to each other and their end faces can face each other and an optical base 14 which is incorporated in the filter 10 and holds the fibers 15 and 16 and both ends of which are respectively fitted to the plates 19 and 20 by means of springs 34a, 34b, and 34c and 35a, 35b, and 35b.</p> |
