PURPOSE:To improve support rigidity of a ring gear without increasing the number of parts on the back side of the ring gear. CONSTITUTION:A support part 18 having an insertion hole 18a in which the end part of a pinion shaft 13 formed in an annular shape fitted in the outer peripheral surface of a differential case 12 and protruded from the outer peripheral surface of the differential case 12 is inserted is integrally formed to the back part of a ring gear 11. A bearing 15 receiving a thrust load exerted on the ring gear 11 and rotatably supporting the differential case 12 is arranged between the support part 18 and the differential carrier 2.
