The method, utilizing the conventional melt-spinning, take-up method, is characterized by: setting the quenching chamber of length of 120-200 cm and the support quenching chamber of length of 40-80 cm, in a way that the upper part of the support chamber is placed overlapped at the opposite position with the lower part of the quenching chamber at the overlapping length of 10-30 cm to improve the quenching effect of the extruded fiber; and setting the tension bar between the separating roller and the fiber-converging guide to control the fiber tension.
