<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a photosensitive toner excellent in photosensitivity by previously heat-treating zinc oxide being an inorganic photoconductive material and using a solvent containing <=1vol.% lower alcohol. CONSTITUTION:A spray solution is prepared by dissolving or dispersing components such as a heat-treated zinc oxide, a sensitizing dyestuff and a binder resin into the solvent containing <=1vol.% lower alcohol and is dried while injecting it by using a conventional spray dryer. The particle diameter, surface area, shape or the like of zinc oxide are particularly not restricted. As the binder resin, polystyrene resin, polyacrylic resin, polyester resin or the like in addition to styrene-acrylic resin are exemplified. A toluene-lower alcohol solvent is preferably used as the solvent for dissolving or dispersing each component. The lower alcohol having 1-6C is preferably used, for example, methanol, ethanol or the like is exemplified.</p> |
