PURPOSE:To prevent the incursion of slurry or back filling materials even if a shield frame is widened. CONSTITUTION:A shield frame 3 is divided into a side shield frame body 3a and a central shield frame body 3b to overlap. A tail section of the side shield frame body 3a is projected backward farther than a tail section of the central shield frame body 3b. Rubber seal members 7a and 7b are respectively mounted to the front stage section of the side shield frame body 3a and the front stage of the central shield frame body 3b. Both rubber seal members 7a and 7b are coincided in the right and left directions in a slidable manner.
