METHOD OF DETECTING SOIL PATHOGENIC MOLD

PURPOSE:To provide a method for detecting Fusarium fungus which is a soil pathogenic mold. CONSTITUTION:A method for detecting a soil pathogenic mold comprises the steps of placing the suspension of the soil containing a soil pathogenic mold belonging to Fusarium on the upper surface of a gel plate such as agarose having a membrane layer of nitrocellulose on the lower surface, and then separately plotting the pathogenic fungus developed in the gal plate to the membrane layer; specifically reacting a monochronal antibody specifically reacting with the fungus body of the soil pathogenic mold belonging to the Fusarium and the fungus body crashed material with the membrane layer separated from the gel plate; and detecting the soil pathogenic mold belonging to the Fusarium by dot immuno-binding assay.
