The present invention relates to a process which makes it possible to collect and mix with food products extracts of fresh embryonic substances containing especially naturally occurring amino acids in order to obtain a particularly active dietary supplement. According to Figure 1, the principle of the process is characterised by a reserve (1) containing fresh mesenchymatous substances stored at low temperature, which are filtered through a micropore (2), frozen so as to be subsequently ground, diluted in physiological saline; 4 mixed with food products, they constitute an active dietary supplement.
