PURPOSE:To adjust an angle in a holding device main body without changing an optical reference position by fixing optical parts on the cut plane of a fixing tool, fitting the outer surface of the fixing tool and the surface of the recessed part of a holding tool, and making them slide. CONSTITUTION:As to the optical parts fixing tool 10, one part of the outer surface has a spherical shape and the center of curvature is set as R. The optical part 5 is a plane-convex lens, for example, and is arranged in the fixing tool 10 so that the center C of an oblique line part being the optical reference position may be aligned with the R. Furthermore, the fixing tool 10 is arranged to be brought into contact with a fixing tool holding tool 20 having a recessed part whose surface is the spherical shape having the same curvature as the spherical outer surface of the fixing tool 10. Therefore, the center C of the optical reference position of the optical part 5 is not changed even when the fixing tool 10 is moved with an X-axis as a rotary shaft clockwise and counterclockwise with respect to the holding tool 20. Then, the center C of the optical reference position is not changed even when the tool 10 is moved with a Y-axis as a rotary shaft. |
