PURPOSE:To simply replace the existing cutter bit by a new one economically and safely without depending on an inspection shaft or a ground improvement zone. CONSTITUTION:A pair of cutter spokes 4 at right angles to a hollow shaft 2 bearing a cutter disc 1 and connected with a connecting section 4a and cutter spokes 4A borne on a pair of cylinders 3A with a center system at right angles to the hollow shaft 2 are provided in a turnable manner and are fixed with anchorage devices (bolts 5), and turnable devices (hydraulic cylinders 8) of the cutter spokes 4 and 4A are provided. The bolts 5 are removed to turn the cutter spokes 4 and 4A by means of the hydraulic cylinders 8, and after a new cutter bit 11 is opposed to a bedrock, it is fixed with the bolts 5. |
